Three formats, one method — the right fit for where your family is now
From a single two-hour meeting to a six-month programme, each format follows the same structured approach.
← Back to HomeHow every Yonderfold session is built
Agenda agreement
The family submits the question. A written agenda is prepared and shared before the session opens.
Facilitated session
The facilitator opens the session, holds equal speaking time, and keeps the conversation on the agreed agenda.
Minute confirmed
A neutral minute is drafted and read by all participants. Corrections are made immediately. The confirmed copy is provided to each person.
Next fold set
For longer engagements, open items are recorded and the next session's question is agreed before leaving.
Single Fold Session
One meeting devoted to a single practical question the family has chosen in advance, facilitated with a written agenda and closed with a neutral minute. Two hours, in person or online. This format works well when a family has one clearly defined question and wants a structured, recorded conversation around it — without committing to a longer programme.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Two-hour facilitated session (in person or online)
- Written agenda circulated before the session
- Neutral minute signed and provided to all participants
- Blank agenda template for the next question
- Directory of registered professionals (Klang Valley)
BEST FOR
Families with one specific, well-defined question. Also suitable as a first step before deciding on a longer engagement.
Sequenced Conversations Pack
Six facilitated sessions across three months, each addressing one fold of the family's practical arrangements in a sequence the family sets. Written agendas, equal speaking time, neutral minutes and a running record of open items. Nothing is filed anywhere and nothing carries formal standing.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Six two-hour sessions across three months
- Running open-items register updated after each session
- Mid-point review session included
- Printed agenda and minute templates
- Closing session where family reads its own record
- Practitioner directory
BEST FOR
Families with several interconnected practical questions who want to work through them methodically over a few months, building a running record as they go.
Atlas Programme
A six-month engagement combining the sequenced conversations with clerical assembly of the family's own documents into an indexed register and a dated timeline drawn only from those documents. Purely organisational; no interpretation, advice or representation at any stage. Concludes with a bound handover pack, a digital mirror on the family's storage, and a neutral chronology for a qualified professional.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
- Everything in the Sequenced Conversations Pack
- Clerical assembly of the family's own documents
- Indexed register in bound handover pack
- Digital mirror on family's own storage
- Neutral chronology suitable for qualified professional review
- Klang Valley practitioner directory
BEST FOR
Families with accumulated complexity — property across multiple names, documents held in different places, or arrangements that have not been formally recorded — who want a clear, indexed account before engaging a professional.
